Warranty Policy

1 .    All defective items are required to return within 180 days from the original purchase date. Items out of 180 days warranty will
        be denied.
2 .    All returned items are required to be well packaged, and please email us the tracking number and packing list.
3.     This Warranty does not cover if the warranty seal on the item is from other suppliers.
4.     Defective items with touch issues, backlight issues, frame issues or glass issues can be covered by the warranty. (Physical                      damage or damage caused by incorrect installation are excluded).
5.     If the package you received is damaged or incorrect, please contact us  immediately and provide pictures or videos.
6.     Before shipping defective items, please contact us to get the latest RMA return address and more details.
